The app is available Android and Apple mobile devices and can be found in the usual app

stores, it also runs on any Apple iMac or MacBook that has an Apple chip such as the M1, M2

etc. After you’ve installed your app all the instructions that follow are identical, whichever type of mobile device you have.

Confirm your email address

Before you get started, it’s important to check that the email address you login to the app with, is the address that your school has on file for you. You can’t use any email address, it has to be one that’s linked to your student-account within the system. If you’re not sure which email address to use, please contact your school’s admin team.

Setup your account

Once you have downloaded the app to your device, tap on it to get started.

  1. Tap the button

  2. Enter your registered email address. Once you’ve done this, a one-time-passcode will be

sent to your email address. This is to verify who you are and it only happens once.

  1. Visit your email app or website to get the one-time-passcode, then key it into the app

  1. Create a 4-digit PIN. This acts as your “password” when you come back to the app.

  1. If you like, you can add a photo as your avatar image for your your profile

  2. Welcome to your app! There’s now a quick tour which introduces you to its features
