Ensure that the Assigned Tab is selected, click on Create Task.

Select Task from Library

Choose a task from the library by either typing the name of the document into the Search bar or select the task from the library list. The library includes tasks for all departments and for all types of tasks.

Task reminders are optional. Reminders are

Set the Due Date of the task. Due Dates are required for all tasks.

Additional Approval Access and Additional Approval Notifications are optional.

The completion of the task can trigger Automated Workflows. Select the Automated Worklow from the menu of configured workflows.

The completion of the task can trigger Process Workflows. Select the Process Worklow from the menu of configured workflows.

The required participants and participant order of operations are defined during the configuration of the task. In the example below, the Staff (1) is the first participant with required action(s). Upon completion of the their action, the task will automatically transistion to the Student (2) to complete their action(s). The task will continue to transition to the assigned Staff (3) that is next in line.

For Staff 1, click on the 3 stacked dots to the right and select edit.

Staff can be added by either Select by Relationship or Select from Directory. Select by Relationship is the staff's assigned role to the student, such as Admission Advisor, Counselor, etc. Select from Directory searches by user name.

For Student 2, click on the Select button. In the Select Student search bar, enter the student's name or ID. Click on the student from the populated list of names. Click save.

For Staff 3, click on the Select button. Staff can be added by either Select by Relationship or Select from Directory.

The document is required to be saved to one of the participant's User Document Table. Select the participant from the menu.

The visiablity of the document in the particiant User Document Table is optional. The user can select this option with each task creation. If the task should always be made visible, the option can be permanentaly selected during configuration of the task.

Tasks can be automatically marked as "Approved" once all signers are done. The user can select this option with each task creation. If the task should always be Auto Approved, the option can be permanentaly selected during configuration of the task.

Click Save.
