Accessing Templates
Navigate to the Templates page in the system.
From the Templates page, select one of the following options:
Email Templates – for creating or editing email communications.
Text Message Templates – for creating or editing SMS communications.
Creating an Email Template
Email templates help maintain consistency and save time when sending communications. Follow these steps to create a new email template:
On the Templates page, click Email Templates to view existing templates or create a new one.
Click “Add”
Enter Template Details
1. Code: The Code will auto populate.
2. Department: Select the appropriate department(s) to set the permissions to the template.
3. Name: Provide a clear, descriptive name for the template.
4. Description: Provide an optional description for the template.
5. Subject Line: Write a concise subject that reflects the email content.
Compose Your Email: Templates can be created using either text editor or HTML editor. Add your message text.
Use placeholders for dynamic fields (e.g., {FirstName}).
Apply approved fonts, colors, and branding elements.
Include images or logos if required, ensuring they meet size and quality guidelines.
Insert disclaimers, unsubscribe links, and any required legal text.
Click Save to make the template available for use.
