Departments

Navigate to the Departments page in the system. The system has standard departments that can be customized for the school. Custom departments can also be created to meet specific permissions and roles.

How to Add Department

Click "Add Department"

Enter New Department Details

1. Code: The Code will auto populate.

2. Department Name: Provide a clear, descriptive name for the department.

3. Department Director: Select the department director.

4. Use Activity List from Module: Select the department/modules lists for activities to associate with this department.

Department Chat

Slide the toggle to Disable or Enable Departmenal Chat option.

Create Subunits

The system defaults to include one General Subunit. Create additional subunits by clicking on "Add Item"

1. Create the Code for the subunit.

2. Create the Subunit name.
